STEPS has been providing integrated, competitive work environments for citizens with disabilities for over 30 years. STEPS currently serves 11 individuals sponsored by the VA Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). Employment services are CARF accredited (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).

STEPS, Inc. operates a secure data destruction facility dedicated to guaranteeing the security of your documents. We provide secure destruction services to assure your compliance with federal and state information privacy laws and regulations. We ensure our clients security, privacy and regulatory compliance. Every piece of paper that is thrown away is a potential disaster, companies have a responsibility and an obligation to protect their own information and that of their customers. We offer residential and business services scheduled pickups, drop offs, and purges. STEPS is NAID AAA Certified with the highest security rating possible.
