Whole Family
Whole Family is an approach that allows us to meet stable motivated families who have demonstrated the capacity for social and economic mobility with wrap around support for all age groups to move their lives forward.
STEPS works with internal departments and community partners to identify families who can benefit from wrap around support and coaching.

An accepted referral does not guarantee acceptance for coaching support. Families must successfully complete the screening process and demonstrate the capacity, motivation, and willingness to work with the coach and case managers to drive family outcomes.
