STEPS, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization. STEPS supports its services and programs through a variety of federal, state, local and private grants, as well as charitable donations from citizens and businesses who want to support our goal of alleviating poverty. Donations are tax deductible and may qualify for State of Virginia tax credits through the Neighborhood Assistance Program.
